The Tilt-N-Stow™ hinged shelf can tilt upwards for about 12-inch of additional vertical storage space. The handles are recessed to help eliminate injuries. The two gas springs assist with opening and closing the door. Heavy duty locking arms support the lid when open for better access. These 1" wide heavy duty steel locking arms resist bending and securely lock the lid in open position to prevent accidental closing.

Jobsite Piano boxes construction: these have two 12-inch wide full length heavy-duty shelves on the back wall for holding heavy equipment and tools. Jobsite piano boxes have 48 cubic feet of flexible storage space. The bottom shelf tilts up for easier access to load huge items. Deep recessed Grip Rite channels reinforce the lid and cannot be damaged by passing equipment. These channels are easy to grip when wet or wearing gloves. Tall bottom bolsters allow for easily moving a loaded box with a forklift.

The pad-lockable drop down door and 75% higher storage capacity are additional features that are very popular. Only the bottoms of the padlocks are exposed and they cannot be cut, pulled or pried out. Locks do not come with the box. The bolt cutter free locking system has a 12-gauge steel housing that protects padlock shackles from cutting tools. The door is heavily-reinforced with two full-length deep bolsters and a 12-gauge bottom flange. The wide flanges can even resist pry bars. Three locking points versus competitive locking systems that only feature two locking points give better security.
